The heart of RJWL is a sweeping open-plan living and dining area that refuses to choose between style and comfort. Slat-paneled walls in warm oak wrap around a wall-mounted display, while a sculptural double-ring pendant anchors the dining space with quiet drama. Natural light pours through the rear courtyard, drawing the eye through layers of texture — stone floors, linen upholstery, a curated gallery wall — until the kitchen unfolds seamlessly in the background. This is a space designed not just to impress guests, but to disappear into on an ordinary Tuesday night.

The master suite in RJWL reframes what a bedroom can be. A fully integrated study wall flows into the bed head, so rest and productivity share the same breath of space. Mirrored sliding wardrobes expand the room visually while concealing everything behind them. On the opposite side, a glass-framed dressing area with a backlit vanity mirror turns the morning routine into a ritual. Soft, layered lighting — recessed, linear, and ambient — lets you set the mood without leaving the room.
